Returns, Cancellations & Exchange Policy

At Hatvilla, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please carefully read our policy regarding returns, cancellations, and exchanges before placing an order.


1. Advance Shipping Payment

When an order is booked online, we require advance shipping payment. This step is very important for us to ensure order confirmation and smooth processing. Orders without advance shipping payment may not be processed.


2. Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not have a return or refund policy.
  • Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available if the product delivered is faulty or damaged.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, customers must notify us within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges will be made for the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the faulty product to us in its original packaging before an exchange is processed.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5. Delivery Methods

  • Our standard Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are shipped through MNP.
  • For fully prepaid orders (paid online in advance), we may use TCS or Bykea for faster delivery service.
